Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, inspect, package, and transfer an order to the shipping carrier.

LOST PACKAGES

We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

• Photographs of the damaged product
• Photographs of the external packaging
• A brief description of the problem
We will review the information and provide an appropriate solution.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country or region.
Unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout, such charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
